NY同時多発テロの日の日記です。
前回からの続き...いよいよ事件を確認します。
We went upstairs and registered for computers giving student ID.
There was a guy named Chris at the counter working.
I knew him coz I had several classes with,
so I asked'm if he knew anything about WTC.
He said;
"A plane hit the Twin Tower.
That's what people around here are saying."
I was like "A PLANE??? Air plane?"
It just got bigger, again!
We rushed into the computer room and saw Jim there.
He was a Singaporean friend.
We asked him about WTC and he had the news on his screen!
There was a pic of the Twin Tower
and smoke was rising from one of them, I remember.
And shortly after, it collapsed...
"OH, MY GOD! Jesus-f*cking-Christ!"
Sorry for my french, but these were what came out from my mouth.
Now, one of the towers has gone...
